Who doesn't want soft, silky hair during the winter months?  With Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-In Cream, we get what we want! Moisture is so important during the cold, dry season and since we can't just sit in a steam room all day, we need assistance.   I have curly, frizzy, color-treated but otherwise healthy hair and this cream is great at keeping the flyaways... well, away.

The triple moisture system comes from naturally derived extracts like olive, meadowfoam seed and sweet almond. Olive penetrates to the center of the hair strand while meadowfoam seed brings the moisture to the silky hairmiddle and sweet almond covers the surface.  With daily use, I've really noticed a difference in the humidity level of my hair.

You only need a small amount spread evenly through-out hair and it immediately gets absorbed and starts to protect your hair, especially the dry ends.  It's lightweight, non-greasy and smooth!  I simply style as usual after applying and my hair is soft, silky and my natural curls stay manageable all day.

I love the added benefit of UV filters to this leave-in treatment as well.  I don't have to worry about sun damage.

So remember to moisturize your hair this season but more importantly, take care of yourself.

Leave-in conditioner can be for all hair types.  There are a number of people like me whose fine hair leaves them leary of leave-in conditioners.  The last thing you want to do after you just washed your hair (once it feels nice and clean), is to spray something in it which could make it look greasy or weighed down....

Well let me reassure you there are a number of leave-in conditioners that are great for fine hair.  I have spoken with a number of hair dressers/ stylists and specialists and one of the most common aspect of leave-in conditioner. They all promote is that it can protect the hair from all the daily streeses and abuses we do to our hair like hair drying, flat ironing, curlers, basically exessive heat.   The other comment that is commonly made is that the product itself is great, it is all about the "How" you use it.

So what I have been taught is- Be careful not to use too much

1. Wash hair as usual (just shampoo, skip the conditioner)

2. Towel dry excess moisturer from hair
