As Valentine's Day approaches, perhaps you're looking for some little gifts to give your special loved ones, or perhaps something to spoil yourself & feel good on the romantic holiday. I'm not really a huge fan of Valentine's Day, it is what it is, so I'm all about spoiling myself and finding new products to love!
If you're in the market for a new blush, looking for a fresh-faced rosy glow, IT Cosmetics has just the item you want: IT Cosmetics Airbrush Blush Stain. I personally really like this blush and I don't wear blush all that much. But if I'm dressing up or looking to add some warm color to my makeup, then I'll turn to blush. This is a poreless finish HD Micro-Blush meaning you'll get a poreless, shine free, lit-from-within glow! It is a very soft pink with a touch of coral shade. I wasn't really sure how this would look on my skin, but it created this lovely warm glow and didn't look over done. It also has a weightless feel for a more natural appearance. This blush contains Vitamins K, A, C & E and feels very soft on your skin. What I also really love about this blush is that it creates a "soft focus finish," smoothing out your complexion for that silky, glowing appearance! If you're thinking of gifting this blush, it is ideal for all skin types, even sensitive skin. It is oil-free, fragrance-free, paraben-free, non-drying, and hypoallergenic. This next product is a decadent, dark nail kit, great to add a little sultry sass to your Valentine's day. Ciaté's Velvet Manicure in Blue Suede is a great way to change up your nail polish look & texture. This kit includes the 3am Girl Nail Polish Paint Pot, blue crushed velvet & nail brush. It looks a little complicated at first, but it's a pretty easy process. First step, apply the first coat of nail polish to all your nails and let that dry completely. Then, working with one nail at a time, apply another coat of nail polish and immediately (while the polish is still wet) sprinkle the crushed velvet over the nail. Make sure you really get a good layer on there and then brush the excess velvet off with the little brush. The kit comes with a little plastic tray that you'll want to use to catch the excess velvet. Then repeat with the rest of your nails and viola! Velvety sophistication on your nails! I went through the process twice to get an even thicker layer of velvet. You really want to make sure you cover your entire nail; if you apply thin layer of velvet, you will still be able to see some of the glossy shine from the nail polish. The more velvet you apply, the richer the look and texture! Just make sure to brush off the excess so you're left with an even surface. This makes a great gift for the nail polish lover, or for anyone looking for something different in their nail polish style. Ciaté's Velvet Manicure in Blue Suede is available at QVC.com
