Physical vs. Chemical Sunscreen, Whats Right for You?
Summer is here again and that can only mean one thing, Sunscreen! With the days getting longer and the sun getting brighter we tend to spend a lot more time outside in the sun, and you don't want to forget to protect your skin. The best way to protect yourself from strong UV rays is by applying sunscreen to any exposed areas and be sure to repeat. There are two different kinds of sun screens that are hitting the headlines with much debate: Chemical and Physical. The Certified FABULOUS team has made it our mission to test many different brands out there and we wanted to give you some nice examples of physical sunscreens and chemical sunscreens. Here is what our team has found:
Physical sunscreens work by deflecting the UV rays off of the skin by using all natural ingredients such as Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. Typically, physical sunscreens are not absorbed through the skin, do not irritate the skin, and do not cause allergies.

One of the great things about Chemical Sunscreen is that almost every brand is resistant to water and sweat, making it a perfect match for those of you who enjoy summer activities.
