NY Fashion Week Spring 2014 Makeup Trends!
1. For bold liner on your lower water line and extending a tad in the inner corner and continue extending out of the outer corners like a cat-eye NYX: Slim Eye Pencil in Electric Blue is the perfect tool. You can line the the top lid slightly inward from the outer corner to achieve a fuller looking cat-eye. Use the NYX: Hot Singles Eye Shadow in Gumdrop and cover the entire top lid softly. Finish with a lengthening mascara. www.nyxcosmetics.com
2. For thick lower lash Silver & Gold eye shadow flare line your waterline with any eyeliner and then take a slim flat eye liner brush (or Q-tip) and cover with your choice of eyeshadow from the URBAN DECAY: Naked2 Eye shadow Palette. For a more dramatic look, draw a medium sized line above your upper lash line then take the eyeliner brush (or Q-tip) with your choice of eyeshadow color and apply over the eyeliner line. Finish off with with lengthening mascara. www.urbandecay.com
3. For bright, pigmented electric blue eyeshadow make sure you apply eye primer before the eyeshadow! Napoleon Perdis: Auto Pilot Concealer Primer will set the eyeshadow, create a brighter color and stay put for a long time! Then feel free to apply the Napoleon Perdis: Loose Eye Dusts in Electric Blue. It's easier to apply if you wet your eyeshadow brush, Q-tip or finger! Apply just below your brow bone and do not blend to maintain the same look as the model. www.napoleonperdis.com
4. I just HAD to add this cool hair trend! It looks chic and it's so easy to do! Just take a single clip-in hair extension, any color of your choice, like Sally Beauty: Design Lengths Remy Straight Clip-In 18" (color pictured is Espresso). First style your hair in any type of up-do you desire, then carefully lift a section of your hair on the side by your scalp and clip in the extension. www.sallybeauty.comLast modified on
