2 Ways to Party in Pink for A Great Cause!
Breast Cancer Awareness is so important. About 39,620 women will die from breast cancer this year. It is the second leading cause of cancer death in women. Death rates from breast cancer have been declining since about 1989, with larger decreases in women younger than 50. These decreases are believed to be the result of earlier detection through screening and increased awareness, as well as improved treatment. I believe that awareness is the best way to encourage prevention.
I was thrilled to receive Zumba Wear’s Party in Pink Collection in honor of Breast cancer Awareness. This workout tank is made of wonderful stretchy material. I loved the white color with bright pink trim. Although I don’t do Zumba (I truly lack the coordination, and the one time I tried, it upset me to tears), but have worn it a few times into the Crossfit gym. Definitely a great addition to your workout attire wardrobe, as well as being a nice way to put Breast Cancer Awareness out there.
Orly’s 2013 “Pretty in Pink” Collection is a wonderful collection of 3 sparkly pink polishes. I had to put on 3 coats in order to reach my desired effect, so be patient ladies, and enjoy the sit-down time it takes to dry those nails. The best part of this product is that 20% of the profits go towards Cancer Schmancer. Founded by actress and uterine cancer survivor, Fran Drescher, Cancer Schmancer is dedicated to saving lives through prevention & early detection of cancer. I Love Fran, and watched every single episode of “The Nanny” as a kid. The work she does for cancer prevention is admirable. If you like pink sparkly nail polish, I urge you to seek out Orly’s 2013 “Pretty in Pink” Collection!!
